 Advanced Kettlebell Skills Training

  • Athletic development & kettlebell based sessions

  • Will encompass the kettlebell swing, clean, press, snatch, turkish get up, squat

  • Will also encompass athletic skill development seen in jumping, landing, sprinting

  • Addresses weak links along with getting stronger & more resilient

Foundational Strength Training

  • "All levels" challenging workout

  • Will encompass building on foundational movements - squat, deadlift, push, pull, lunge, carry

  • Prevent atrophy from COVID-19 restrictions

  • Expect to learn your weak links & learn from them

  • Ideal for people with musculoskeletal pain
