completed a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology (2016) and developed a great interest in the human body and preventive lifestyle interventions of movement and nutrition. Dr. Larissa then attended Parker University Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas, where she graduated as salutatorian of her class (2019). During her time at Parker, she  was president of several on-campus clubs, and completed two additional Bachelors degrees in Human Anatomy and Wellness.

Larissa strives to continually increase her knowledge and ability in both training and rehab, and has been a student of Dr. Liebenson's throughout her time during and after graduate school. She strives to use the knowledge gained from the First Principles of Movement mentorships and seminars to further her ability to guide clients back to their desired activities and meaningful goals.

Dr. Larissa prioritizes exercise and education with her clients in hopes of giving them the confidence and self-management tools to better understand their body and what can be done to return to their goals. She believes it is about working alongside you; not fixing you.
Dr. Liebenson has been a long-time mentor and role model for Dr. Larissa, and she is excited to join the team at LA Sports and Spine alongside him and Dr. Wang.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her wife, playing with her two dogs, writing poetry, and exercising. Her current workout regimen includes a mix of barbell lifting and kettlebell work, both of which she has taken further courses to enhance her knowledge and coaching skills. Her next endeavor hopes to be indoor rock climbing.
