DR. DIANA WANG

HEAD PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Therapy (2017) degrees at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Throughout her Athletic Training career, Diana has worked with athletes ranging from high school to Division I to the professional level. She currently serves on the medical staff for many large Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments held in Southern California and Las Vegas. 

Diana became a student for First Principles of Movement after attending a seminar in 2018 at UCLA with Dr. Liebenson, Dr. Chow & Coach Nicole Rodriguez. Diana credits that experience as the jumpstart to her journey on truly becoming a learn-it-all and always putting the client's best interest first. She strives to continuously learn from the best to stay updated on the literature in the world of rehabilitation and fitness.

 

Diana is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, and has developed a special interest in working with the population of grapplers. She is the founder of Open Mat Physio, an online training platform designed to give grapplers around the world access to quality resources and services to improve performance and wellness.

 

She hopes to use the knowledge from her mentors and continued education courses to provide the best for her clients in achieving their goals and staying active for health and longevity.
